End-User License Agreement (EULA) for DigitalOriginal.app

Please read this End-User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before using DigitalOriginal.app. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the temporary page with a subscribe form available on DigitalOriginal.app.

By accessing or using the temporary page, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, do not proceed with accessing or using the temporary page.

In no event shall DigitalOriginal.app be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the temporary page, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. DigitalOriginal.app may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the temporary page and destroy any copies of materials obtained from the temporary page.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the infringement occurred. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where it was violated.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and DigitalOriginal.app regarding the temporary page and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.
